I am a student attending an Ivy League institution in the frigid Northeast of the United States. I started this blog in hopes of renewing my passion for personal and creative writing, which I have had since early childhood, as well as to document my travels while studying abroad in Shanghai and other places in China this spring semester. This coming semester (Spring 2009) is one which I hope I can forever cherish, and one which will hopefully leave me a changed person–for the better. Lastly, this blog will also function as an outlet for my opinions about a variety of topics, from fashion to social issues to biological or anthropological finds.
I hope my readers will find this blog worth their time, and I hope they can walk away with a richer perspective on whatever topic or issue I write about than when they arrived!
